William Lallemand 0182f6bbb6 REGTESTS: scripts: allow to change the vtest timeout 
$ make reg-tests VTEST_TIMEOUT=5

Allow to change the timeout of the regtests with the VTEST_TIMEOUT
variable. The default value is still 10.
