William Lallemand f8418d3ade ADMIN: acme.sh: remove the old acme.sh code ...

Remove the acme.sh script since it was merged in
https://github.com/acmesh-official/acme.sh/pull/4581

So people don't try to download a script which is not up to date with
the current acme.sh master.
