Willy Tarreau eed5da1037 MINOR: clock: do not use now.tv_sec anymore ...

Instead we're using ns_to_sec(tv_to_ns(&now)) which allows the tv_sec
part to disappear. At this point, "now" is only used as a timeval in
clock.c where it is updated.
