Aurelien DARRAGON d9f42e19f4 DOC: config: balance 'first' not usable in LOG mode ...

b61147fd ("MEDIUM: log/balance: merge tcp/http algo with log ones")
introduced an ambiguity because 'first' algorithm is not usable in
LOG mode but it was not specified in the doc.

This should be backported in 2.9 with b61147fd.
