William Lallemand 0bc9c8a243 MINOR: ssl/cli: 'abort ssl cert' deletes an on-going transaction 
This patch introduces the new CLI command 'abort ssl cert' which abort
an on-going transaction and free its content.

This command takes the name of the filename of the transaction as an
argument.
